About Dr. Swinehart

Dr. Swinehart has performed chemical peeling and dermabrasion for wrinkles and acne scars since 1976.

He has practiced laser surgery since 1980 with a variety of lasers.

He performed his dermatology residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and is certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Swinehart is the founder of the Colorado Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and was President of the Colorado Dermatologic Society in 1992.

He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery, and was a contributing editor to the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery.

He currently is Medical Director of the Colorado Dermatology Center, and is in private practice near Porter and Swedish Hospitals in South Denver.
